What Could 10 Qualified Customer Appointments Be Worth to Your Business?

Discover whether acquiring more qualified customer appointments makes financial sense for your business. Nordic Assistant offers a free customer acquisition assessment that helps service businesses estimate the potential value of new customer meetings using their own business economics.

Choose your market

What the assessment does

You enter three figures from your own business: the average revenue from a won client, your gross margin after direct delivery costs, and how many qualified appointments you typically need to win one client. The assessment turns these into an estimated value per qualified appointment and adds a short review of timing, competitive position, customer fit and predictability of your customer inflow.

The Swedish version also shows the estimated value of 10 new qualified appointments. The Philippine version focuses on the estimated value per qualified appointment.

Who it is designed for

Service businesses selling to consumers, where one won client represents a meaningful amount of revenue — for example home renovation, installations, construction, interiors or other high-value projects and services. If each sales conversation matters to your results, the assessment is relevant.

How deal value, margin and close rate shape the economics

Revenue per won client × gross margin = gross profit per won client. Divide that by the number of qualified appointments you usually need to win one client, and you get the estimated value of a single qualified appointment.

Example: average revenue of 1,000,000 currency units per won client, a 20% gross margin and five qualified appointments per won client give 200,000 currency units in gross profit per client and an estimated 40,000 currency units per qualified appointment. A higher close rate or margin raises the value; a lower one reduces it.

The 40,000 currency units represent estimated gross profit per qualified appointment before customer acquisition costs and other indirect costs. It is not a guaranteed net profit.

Why qualified appointments differ from leads

A lead is a contact detail. A qualified appointment is a confirmed conversation with someone who matches your ideal customer and has a relevant need. Because you know roughly how many of those conversations it takes to win a client, a qualified appointment can be given an estimated value — an unqualified lead usually cannot.

Why results are estimates, not guarantees

The result is based entirely on your own estimates and is meant as a preliminary basis for a business decision. It does not guarantee new customers, revenue or profit, and real outcomes depend on your market, offer and sales process.

Frequently asked questions

How do I calculate the value of a qualified customer appointment?

Multiply the average revenue from a won client by your gross margin to get gross profit per client, then divide by the number of qualified appointments you typically need to win one client. The result is the estimated value of one qualified appointment.

Is the customer acquisition assessment free?

Yes. Both the Swedish and the Philippine assessment can be completed without payment, without creating an account and without entering an email address.

What information do I need to complete the assessment?

Your own estimates of average revenue per won client, gross margin after direct delivery costs and the number of qualified appointments per won client, plus answers to a few questions about how you find customers today. Each version has six questions and takes about two minutes.

Can I use the assessment in Sweden or the Philippines?

Yes. There is a Swedish-language version for businesses serving Swedish consumers (amounts in SEK) and an English-language version for businesses serving customers in the Philippines (amounts in PHP). Choose the one that matches where your customers are.

Does the assessment guarantee new customers?

No. It estimates the potential value of qualified appointments based on the figures you enter. It does not promise appointments, customers, revenue or profit.
