Nordic Assistant Educator Network
Nordic Assistant helps experienced professionals turn their expertise into a structured and scalable business. We are looking for independent educators, trainers, lecturers and subject-matter experts who can create practical digital education in English.
The Nordic Assistant educator model begins with a short free introductory video. Members can then continue through paid live group training and individual 1:1 guidance.
Tell us about your expertise, teaching experience and ability to create digital education. Nordic Assistant will review your application and identify whether your knowledge could support a relevant course.
Approximately 5–7 minutes. Submitting the form does not guarantee selection, paid work or a minimum number of bookings.
Create a short, reusable video that gives members a useful introduction to the subject and demonstrates your expertise.
Help several members explore and apply the subject through live digital training. The course structure and supporting material can be reused for future groups.
Help individual members apply the learning to their own business, market or situation.
The free introduction creates visibility and trust. Group training provides scalable delivery. Individual guidance supports members who need more personalised help. Educators receive compensation for every completed paid group-training or 1:1 session.
The balance between group training and 1:1 sessions will depend on member demand. Nordic Assistant does not guarantee a minimum number of participants, bookings or income.
The Nordic Assistant Method turns a broad ambition into a connected sequence of practical milestones. Members identify valuable expertise, choose a focused opportunity, validate demand, build a clear offer, structure their knowledge and create a more repeatable business system.
AI Jarl uses the member’s profile, progress, active milestone and relevant Nordic Assistant knowledge to recommend the next useful step. Training should be recommended when it helps a member make a decision, create an asset or complete that step.
Every proposed course should therefore have a clear audience, business purpose, practical outcome and connection to the member journey.
We use the information you submit to assess your suitability for a potential educator collaboration and to identify courses that may support the Nordic Assistant Method.
If no collaboration is established, we normally retain your application for up to 12 months from your submission or our latest relevant contact. We may retain limited information for longer where required to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes or protect legitimate business interests.
You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your personal data. Further information is available in our Privacy Policy.
