1. Who we are

Nordic Assistant is operated by MARKETING SUSTENTABLE OÜ, registry code 16205170, VAT EE102684612, Sepapaja tn 6, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Tallinn 15551, Estonia ("we", "us"). These terms govern your use of nordicassistant.app and the Nordic Assistant membership.

2. The service

Nordic Assistant is a web-based digital membership (software as a service) for professionals who want to turn their expertise into a structured business. Access is provided online through your member account and includes:

  • The Nordic Assistant Method
  • A guided member journey with milestones and progress tracking
  • AI Jarl, an AI guide, within the allowance of your plan
  • Digital tools, modules and templates available through the member account

AI Jarl provides guidance generated by AI. It is not legal, tax, financial or other professional advice, and we do not guarantee any business result or income.

3. Account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity in your account.

4. Free trial

New members start with a free trial (30 days in India). No payment card is required to start the trial. The trial does not convert to a paid subscription automatically — a paid subscription only starts if you actively choose to continue and complete checkout.

5. Paid membership and billing

The membership is a monthly subscription. In India the price is ₹999 per month and includes 300 AI Jarl interactions per monthly billing period. Prices for other markets are shown before checkout. The subscription is billed in advance each month and renews automatically until cancelled.

For India, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles payment, invoicing and applicable taxes. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account (Profile / Membership). Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt to access other members' data, resell access, use automated tools to extract content or circumvent AI allowances, or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Method, platform, content and templates belong to us or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them during your membership. Content you create in your account remains yours.

9. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes are announced in advance. These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
